Sonia Battye Consulting is a bespoke HR firm based in Central West NSW.

We work with purpose to cultivate collaborative, innovative environments and experiences that support wholistic solutions for our clients’ needs.

Our passion and focus

We are passionate about working in and focusing on regional and rural areas and enjoy building individual and organisational capacity through personal connections. We work closely with front-line staff, leaders and teams, to unearth and tap into strengths, skills and experience, to nourish growth and produce positive change.

We know every person and team has more potential than they realise. For 25 years we have designed and delivered, development, coaching and mentoring programs and our experience has created positive change and personal growth for others.

Based in Orange in Central NSW, we are passionate about working with government, regional organisations (private and not-for-profit), and individuals, and strengthening ties with communities.
